  • Responsibilities

    This role will be responsible for proactively providing administrative and project support to members of KPTI’s senior leadership team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have outstanding organizational skills. In addition, you will have a keen attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and efficiently juggle multiple high priority requests, all while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company.



    • Provide administrative support to members of the leadership and executive assistant teams, including managing complex and busy calendars.
    • Create and track purchase orders and invoices in Req Logic
    • Enforce calendar management with Executives
    • Organizing meal service support for Executives and Business Lunches
    • Printing and binding of presentation materials
    • Assist with event planning and set up (offsites, company meetings)
    • Prepare timely and accurate expense reports in Concur
    • Handle special projects as requested


    • 2 or more years serving as an administrative assistant, directly providing administrative support to leadership team members at an active and dynamic
    • The ability to work independently and to be self-motivated while handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, high attention to detail, and consistent follow through.
    • Flexibility in an ever-changing environment
    • Ability to liaise with a variety of personalities

    • Ability to learn new systems and concepts without formal instruction.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
