The Thought Leader Liaison is a senior, field-based member of Karyopharm’s U.S. Commercial organization, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and driving engagement strategies that enhance the impact of our oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Peer-to-Peer Marketing, this role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access to support promotional initiatives, speaker development, and strategic execution of HCP engagement programs.
During the first 6–9 months, this individual will focus primarily on relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) before expanding to additional indications as they emerge.

We maintain broad salary ranges to reflect market conditions and the specialized nature of our work. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180 K - $205 K USD.
